How quickly can I launch my first raffle?

Most organisations are live within 24 hours of signing up. Our onboarding flow walks you through every step from event setup to your first ticket sale and our team is on standby if you need a hand.

Do you handle the payment processing for me?

Yes RaffleHat handles all the payment plumbing, including secure card processing, refunds, payouts, and compliant ticket records. You only pay 3% + $0.30 per transaction. No setup fees, no monthly minimums.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts, no commitments. Use RaffleHat for a single event or run hundreds of campaigns each year you only pay when you sell tickets. Cancel any time without penalty.

Do you offer onboarding or training sessions?

Absolutely. Every account includes free onboarding, written guides, and video walkthroughs. For larger organisations we also offer live training sessions for your team just ask.
